Breadth Topics – CM & Mechanical

A look into the construction management aspect of this thesis will analyze the cost and schedule of the entire building. This will take into account any changes made due to the difference in materials used in construction. Any redesign will undoubtedly change the budget and schedule of a project, and the goal of this breadth topic is to determine just how much they do change.

Conditioning of the spaces in the tower will be examined in the mechanical breadth. This will include the individual apartments and the heat transferred from unit to unit, as well as the impact on the mechanical system on the space.
